They are having vast experience in the field of engineering , Food processing , Project execution , Agriculture & Organic farming , Finance , accounting & audit .The structure of the Board of Directors is as follows:

Mr. Manoj Sharma

Mr. Sharma 46 years of age, Mechanical engineer industrial seasoned with above twenty four years of Industrial experience in the field of Project management, manufacturing / operation, planning, execution /implementation of Agro & food processing industries.

Mr. Satya Nand (Nominee Director)

Mr. Satya Nand aged 52 year old is a IFS officer & presently serving to Government of Madhya Pradesh as a Director & Commissioner Horticulture, He is appointed as a Nominee Director of the Company nominated by Government of Madhya Pradesh for and on behalf of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, New Delhi on the Board of Directors of the Company.
